Clinical know-how. Community energy. Real results.
Expert-led classes, 1:1 care, workshops, and support for whole-person wellness and performance.
February is Heart Health Month, and at Elevate, we recognize that our bodies, minds, and relationships are deeply connected. Our pillar of Connection reflects the idea that supportive relationships, a sense of belonging, and connection with ourselves all play an important role in stress regulation, resilience, and overall health. Chronic stress, isolation, and relationship strain can affect sleep, mood, blood pressure, and heart health, while positive social connection is linked to improved mental and physical outcomes.
Throughout February, we’re highlighting programs that nurture connection in different ways. Our support groups create space for people to share experiences and feel less alone. Our upcoming Live Well Mammoth event with One Love Foundation focuses on building healthy relationship skills like communication, boundaries, and recognizing patterns, helping individuals strengthen the connections in their lives. We also offer opportunities for self-connection and restoration through community acupuncture, intuitive painting, and our weekly mind-body classes. These practices support nervous system regulation, stress reduction, and greater awareness of both body and emotions.
Connection is not just social, it’s biological. When we care for our relationships and ourselves, we support the heart in every sense of the word.
