Intro to Sun Style Tai Chi

    Courses are based on the Tai Chi for Health Institute’s Tai Chi for Arthritis & Fall Prevention program which has been shown to be effective in improving balance and decreasing fall risk.

  • Accessible

    Sun-style Tai Chi promotes a taller stance and gentle movements, making it particularly accessible to those recovering from injury or (re)building physical conditioning. Chair modifications are also available for those with limited standing tolerance or balance.

    Intro to Sun-Style Tai Chi courses are led by a geriatric clinical specialist doctor of physical therapy and Tai Chi for Health Institute certified instructor.
