Diabetes Support Group
Diabetes Support Group is a monthly support group for individuals living with diabetes (type 1, type 2, prediabetes, gestational diabetes) and those supporting them. Discussions will include the impacts of diabetes, lifestyle management techniques, treatment options, and self-care topics such as mental, emotional, and social health.
Heartsaver Skills Session
American Heart Association’s Heartsaver Course is designed for anyone with little or no medical training who wants to be prepared for an emergency in any setting. Participants of the blended learning track can complete the online didactic lesson prior to enrolling in this hands-on skills session with Elevate to complete certification and receive a CPR card.
In-Season Ski/Ride (4-weeks)

Join Mammoth Hospital doctor of physical therapy Christine Seibert in a 4-week dryland training program intended to support skiers and snowboarders with strength, mobility, and recovery focus during the season. All levels of experience welcome.
Whether you prefer snagging first chair or leading the skin track, carving groomers or floating pow, ski/snowboard-specific strength and conditioning can help you avoid injury and get the most out of the season. Course will include:
small group environment and chance to meet new ski buddies
circuit format and modification options for self-paced progression and challenge
mobility, strength and endurance, muscle balance, and dynamic control exercises for injury prevention
