This 4-week class is designed to prepare women for these changes through education and practical tips and exercises.
We will cover topics including:
Effects of anatomical & physiological changes through pregnancy and considerations for safe exercise
Birthing preparation through relaxation & opening of the pelvic floor
Modified core exercises for postpartum recovery
Ergonomics & supportive movement patterns while caring for baby
Recommended progressions for return to pre-pregnancy activities & sport
