Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal yoga can help prepare the body and mind for a stronger pregnancy, easier labor and birth, and smoother recovery. Prenatal yoga uses mental centering, focused breath work, and modified yoga positions appropriate for the unique physiology of the body during pregnancy.
