Yoga for Healing

Yoga for Healing is meant to provide a safe space to bring the body and mind into balance for healing from the inside out. This class may be especially beneficial for those seeking physical and mental recovery, deeper relaxation, and overall restoration.

Join yoga instructor Stephen McFarland in this class combining restorative and gentle yoga postures, breathwork, and guided meditation techniques in an effective and supportive practice.

This class is open to all levels with no prior yoga experience necessary. Caregivers are welcome to attend at no additional cost if participants require assistance or support.
