Cat Cow Flamingo is a playful yoga and breathwork journey designed just for 2nd-5th graders to learn relaxation techniques and build confidence.

In this 45-minute class, we'll explore movement, mindfulness, and balance through animal-inspired poses like Cat, Cow, and Flamingo. We'll also practice fun breathing techniques to calm our minds, boost our energy, and feel strong inside and out. Kids will leave feeling more relaxed, confident, and ready to take on the day!

Cat Cow Flamingo is offered Tuesdays 2:30PM - 3:15PM.

Cat Cow Flamingo is held in our Mammoth location (121 College Pkwy, Mammoth Lakes, CA) in the gym at the South Gateway Apartments.

Elevate Class Pass: $15 (expires 6 months after purchase)

Elevate 5-Class Pass: $60 (equivalent of $12/class; expires 6 months after purchase)

Elevate 10-Class Pass: $100 (equivalent of $10/class; expires 6 months after purchase)

Elevate 25-Class Pass: $200 (equivalent of $8/class; expires 12 months after purchase)

1 Month Unlimited Class Pass: $65 (expires 1 month after purchase)

Cat Cow Flamingo is designed for participants ages 6-11 (grades 2-5). Participants are required to have parental consent.

Sign up early! Classes with fewer than 3 participants enrolled 12 hours in advance are subject to cancellation.

Notify us of plan changes early! Participant class cancellations with less than 12-hour notification are subject to charge.

Reservations can be made under a parent/adult account. Please respond to your confirmation email with the name(s) and date(s) of birth of your child(ren).
