Join Mammoth Hospital doctor of physical therapy Christine Seibert in our dryland training programs intended to physically prepare and support skiers and snowboarders throughout the sliding season.

    Learn from a movement expert and skiing enthusiast familiar with orthopedic and sports injury prevention and rehabilitation.

  • Prevent Injury

    Address areas important to injury prevention including mobility, strength and endurance, muscle balance, and dynamic control.

  • Small Group

    Meet new ski/ride buddies, build accountability and encouragement, and get greater individual attention and instruction in a small group format.
